Instructions for sharing your location with PEI Cycling Tours on Google Maps

On iPhone or Android

1. Add ‘PEI Cycling Tours Tracking’ as a NEW contact using the following email: peicyclingtours@gmail.com

2. Open the Google Maps app.

3. Tap your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.

4. Select Location sharing.

5. Tap Share location.

6. Choose how long you want to share your location:

   • Choose until you turn this off. When your tour is over you can ‘STOP’ sharing with us.

7. Under ‘suggestions’, select PEI Cycling Tours Tracking from your contacts, or scroll to the left and choose More options to search for our contact.

8. Tap Share.

If Google Maps asks for permission

• On iPhone: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Google Maps and select While Using the App or Always.

• On Android: Allow Google Maps to access your location when prompted.
